Standard Tuning $205.
Every piano needs to be tuned. And a piano is a lot more fun to play when it’s in tune. Tuning a piano keeps your instrument in proper shape for years to come and protects your investment.
Proper maintenance with a standard tuning every 6 months to 1 year. If the piano has not been tuned yearly, has recently been moved, or gone through extreme temperature and humidity changes, then it will most likely need a pitch-raise.

Piano Pitch-Raise $50.
(Plus Standard Tuning)
If your piano has not been tuned yearly, has been recently moved, has been stored non-optimally, and is out of tune, it may need what is called a “pitch-raise”. During the pitch rise, each string is over-tuned so that by the time the first pass is complete they will have lowered to an acceptable pitch and will be ready for a standard tuning, cost of $50. In some extreme cases more than one pitch raise may be necessary.
